Bias Engineering, has become a well-known engineering sub-contractor for the big Defense and Aerospace companies, by adding specialized engineers to its team. Followings are the experiences that our engineers gained from some of the important projects in Defense and Aerospace industry:
- ZIU Agricultural Aircraft wing FE model creation and merging it into A/C global FE model. Performing FE model qualification tests. Dimensioning the wing structure using FE analyses and hand calculations.
- Preparing Global and detailed FE models for the A400M Forward Center Fuselage (FCF) main structure, cargo structure, system cut-outs, system pipes and system brackets. Performing FE model qualification tests according to AM2036. Dimensioning the structures using FE analyses and hand calculations.
- Preparing FE models and performing static, modal, transient response and fatigue analyses for the Chaff/Flair dispenser systems attached on helicopter fuselages.
- Dimensioning a composite antenna radome using FEA and hand calculations.
- Load measurement, laboratory and field tests, linear/nonlinear static strength analysis, life estimation and fatigue analysis, thermal analysis and mechanical system simulation in the scope of Tank Track Optimization project.
- Opcon – "Operational Consule" vibration analysis in order to reduce the number of real tests and costs.
- Simulation of mine explosion under armored vehicle to optimize the geometry of the structure.
- Design validation of bullet filler system with stress analysis and dynamic system simulation.
- Apparatus design for F4 fighter Joy-stick force measurement and data transfer to ground station by telemetry system.
- Mobile-Bridge vehicle dynamic system simulation in order to calculate the loads and design validation.
